Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Science of Reading Program Director in the School of Integrated Learning and Development, National and Global campus. The Assistant Director of Career Labs will be the dynamic assistant of IWU National & Global’s new Mobile Career Lab. Instead of waiting for someone to enroll before providing access to a great coach and resources for finding direction and building a career, we are flipping the script and offer accessible career coaching to anyone wishing to upskill or reskill. Often, access to those resources requires knowing where to look and how to navigate complicated systems. This position will support drop-in centers and mobile lab attendance at festivals, events, and community centers, meeting people where they are to initiate life-changing conversations and support. We are building programs that help individuals identify learning pathway options that are at the intersection of their skills, interests, and talents and chart the education and credentialing they might need to achieve their goals (whether or not it involves an IWU option). Through that work, we’ll provide follow-up and coaching as they pursue their next steps.

The Discipleship Pastor at Indiana Wesleyan University serves to cultivate and deepen a disciple-making culture on campus. They do so in large part by giving oversight to the small group ministry of the Spiritual Formation Office. There are already nearly a thousand students participating in small groups, most of which are student-led. The Discipleship Pastor works with a select team of student leaders to empower, equip, and encourage small group leaders. The work is highly relational yet also requires administrative attentiveness. Small groups and the people who lead them are one of the most effective leadership development and discipleship pathways on IWU Campus. The Discipleship Pastor will strengthen the training and development of this important initiative. The Discipleship Pastor is also a crucial member of the Spiritual Formation Office in all its ministries.
