Technical Support Specialist Full-Time, Hourly Marion, IN
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. While answering phone calls and responding to voicemail and email messages, the Technical Support Specialist will answer questions and troubleshoot a variety of computer hardware and software problems. Responsibilities will also include providing technical support to students and facilitators involved in IWU courses that utilize an online LMS.

Administrative Assistant, Dept. of Behavioral Sciences Full-Time, Hourly Marion, IN
The Administrative Assistant oversees the development, progress, management, and operation of the graduate and undergraduate programs in the Behavioral Sciences Department. Head Athletic Trainer Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
The Head Athletic Trainer reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for the health, safety, and care of athletic related injuries for all student-athletes and will act morally and ethically in accordance with Board of Certification standards and display good judgment and confidence when making return-to-play decisions. The Head Athletic Trainer will provide and coordinate athletic training services, including evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for intercollegiate athletics. This will include coordinating weekly doctor's clinics and referrals to other healthcare providers as well as develop and maintain a culturally competent, evidence-based, comprehensive medical care model for intercollegiate athletics.
Graduate Assistant for Volleyball (Part-time) Administrative, Part-Time Marion, IN
The Graduate Assistant Coach must be committed to the Lordship of Christ. This not only means having the correct intellectual belief, but it involves a radical transformation in every area of one's lifestyle. The Coach must continually seek opportunities to grow and possess strong character traits through the regular practicing of the spiritual disciplines (e.g., prayer, meditation, Bible reading) and develop ministry values that express what God can do in impacting student athletes with whom they interact. This position is a 12 month position beginning July 1. In the case of a Graduate course beginning in June of the first contract year, the GA may enroll in said course BEFORE the July 1 start date. Tuition Grant covering the cost of any IWU Graduate Program candidate qualifies for and obtains admission into or Graduate Tuition reimbursement for a non-IWU graduate program up to $6,200 per fiscal year. Tuition benefits are only available while the candidate is working for IWU as an Athletic Graduate Assistant.

Alliance Garden Intern (Temporary) Full-Time, Hourly, Temporary Marion, IN
The Alliance Garden Intern position serves the Alliance Garden in the capacity determined by the director (grant director). Primary responsibilities include daily maintenance of the vegetable and perennial gardens, monitoring insect pests and nutrient management. The intern will harvest and help prepare Farm Boxes weekly. The Intern will conduct research on insect pests and pollinators and share data with the program director. The Intern will interact with the community through workshop trainings and extension meetings. The Alliance Garden Intern must adhere to all safety regulations and IWU safety policy. The Intern must comply with any processes and procedures established by Indiana Wesleyan University administration. NOTE: This position is a temporary, seasonal role from June 1 - June 30, 2022.
Athletic Trainer Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer is to assist the Head Athletic Trainer with day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate athletics medical coverage. The Athletic Trainer shall be a full-time employee of Indiana Wesleyan University and be a member of the full-time staff as defined by school policy. The Athletic Trainer will serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This involves supervision and clinical education of athletic training students, and serve as a member of the ATP Admission Committee if selected by the ATP Program Director.

Esports Camp Counselor (Temporary) Full-Time, Temporary Indianapolis, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University is hosting esports day camps during the month of June 2022 at its Indianapolis North Education & Conference Center. We are offering four distinct, 5-day camp sessions, each intended for kids entering 6th to 9th grades. The themes will vary from session to session, but each one is designed to let the kids have fun, make friends and be creative. Camp will be held inside IWU's newly equipped video game center with curriculum provided by our award-winning partners at International STEM League (iNSL). IWU is looking to hire four (4) great camp counselors for each of our four (4) week-long camp sessions. Sessions run Monday - Friday each week in June between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Counselors could work all four weeks, or fewer as their schedules allow.
