Spiritual Engagement Coordinator Marion
This position will work with the Dean of Spiritual Formation to provide opportunities for students to grow spiritually, both in personal and corporate ways. Part-Time, Temporary Learning Experience Designer Specialist Marion

The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) Specialist is a critical member of the LXD team tasked with coordinating the innovative projects underway in the Educational Services Platform (ESP) software. The Learning eXperience Design (LXD) team partners with faculty and staff in IWU’s National & Global campus. The LXD Specialist will engage with committed professionals to design meaningful learning experiences, customize the delivery system, and maintain clear communication throughout the projects. This person will collaborate with learning experience designers, learning design technologists, academic leaders, subject matter experts, courseware providers, librarians, school curriculum staff, and media or e-learning developers, in addition to external partners in the development of special projects.
First-Year Academic Advisor Marion
The First-Year Academic Advisor serves as a dedicated team member of the Academic Advising team within Registration & Academic Services. This position facilitates a smooth transition for new students into the IWU-Marion community to assist in student thriving. Advisors help each student as they transition into the institution with previous college credit, creating a first-year course schedule, and navigating academic questions in partnership with faculty. Advisors will support first-year by developing a relationship, answering questions, and navigating unique situations using a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach. Using positive psychology, advisors will help students develop a growth mindset, utilize their strengths, grow in their feelings of competency and autonomy, and create important, meaningful connections to the institution. The Academic Advisor will serve to offer support as students navigate their college experience to help set them up to thrive at IWU-Marion.

Early Childhood Adjunct Faculty - Online Remote
The School of Educational Leadership (SoEL) at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for adjunct faculty teaching positions in the area of Early Childhood Education. Adjunct faculty will facilitate learning in the Licensure and Non-Licensure Early Childhood Education, and Early Childhood Teacher Training Certificate programs. The Copywriter and Social Media Manager is responsible for implementing the National & Global (N&G) component of Indiana Wesleyan University's content and social media strategy, developing high quality, on-brand written content that increases brand awareness, generates inbound traffic, and encourages enrollment.
