Coordinator of Campus Visits Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
This position shares the responsibility of coordinating the IWU visit program with the members of the Campus Visit Team. In this capacity, this position assists with prospecting and recruitment opportunities. This position manages and orchestrates all aspects of the University Campus Visit Program, specializing in organizing University Visit Days (approximately 28 events/1200 prospects each year). This position also assists the team with Custom Visits (approximately 1600 each year), Group Visits (approximately 80-100 groups/2000 prospects each year), hospitality for all admissions guests, and hiring, training, and supervision of the 40+ student tour guides and overnight hosts. Finally, this position may also assist with the development and implementation of visit workshops, high school and off-site workshops, and an admissions presence at IWU events and summer conferences.

The Division of Graduate Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applicants for an Assistant or Associate professor of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). Applicants should have an earned doctorate from a CACREP-approved program. Candidates should have appropriate licensure and credentials in the clinical mental health counseling profession and be eligible for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC,LPCC). Demonstration of professional identity with the counseling profession is required. Successful candidates will show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, comfort with the Wesleyan theological perspective, and be committed to the integration of Christian faith in teaching and practice. The Division of Graduate Counseling offers programs in Addictions Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling (MFT), School Counseling (SC), and Student Development Administration (SDA). The CMHC, MFT, and SC programs are currently accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). In addition, the MFT/C program is accredited by the Council of Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education. Start date will be July 2022 pending funding.

The Enrollment Counselor has primary responsibility to recruit, and enroll students and to assist with initial retention of students for assigned degree programs or certifications. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent specific knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. The Administrative Assistant to the Vice President for University Advancement will provide primary assistance to the Vice President for University Advancement (VPUA), including coordinating, planning, overseeing, and managing a wide variety of duties and confidential assignments.
