The Director of Partnership Pipelines provides strategic leadership for the development and growth of enrollment pipelines through partnerships with external organizations. This position is responsible for leading the Partnership Executive (PE) team focused on established partnership verticals including healthcare, behavioral sciences, counseling, community colleges, churches, educational organizations, corporate partners, and education benefit providers. This position leads the development and execution of partnership growth strategies that expand Indiana Wesleyan University's awareness, influence, and lead-generation pipelines through strategic relationships with external organizations. The role is responsible for leading the Expansion Partnership Executive (PE) team, while identifying and advancing innovative partnership opportunities across priority verticals. The Executive Director is responsible for developing and scaling partnership models that create sustainable growth opportunities, increase qualified lead generation, and strengthen the university's presence in strategic markets. Admissions Counselor Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The admissions counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students to identify, recruit, admit and matriculate successfully into the University, its programs and community. The goal is accomplished through building relationships with the student and their family, sharing opportunities available to the student at IWU and encouraging them on their next steps. Engagement varies by season but includes travel, hospitality during campus visits and extensive communication with families (including phone calls).
Coordinator of Campus Events Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
This position shares the responsibility of coordinating the IWU visit program with the members of the Campus Visit Team. In this capacity, this position assists with prospecting and recruitment opportunities. This position manages and orchestrates all aspects of the University Campus Visit Program, specializing in organizing University Visit Days. This position also assists with Custom Visits, Group Visits, hospitality for all admissions guests, and hiring and training of the Admissions Ambassadors student workers. Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking to hire an Athletic Trainer. Primary responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 24 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 650 student athletes. The Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 31st or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later.
