Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for the Hodson Endowed Faculty in Entrepreneurship and Business. This faculty position within the Division of Business in the College of Arts and Sciences carries responsibility for teaching, the development of creative partnerships with non-profit and for-profit organizations and businesses, faculty-student collaborative research, and the advising and mentoring of undergraduate majors on the residential Marion, Indiana campus. The Division of Business offers six major programs serving approximately 350 students. The Scene Shop Supervisor will provide technical theatre services for IWU Theatre; construct and implement set designs, assume responsibility for stage and shop safety standards, maintenance and operation of work spaces and stage areas; train and supervise students, assist in coordination and implementation of theatre production calendar.
Software Developer Administrative, Full-Time Marion
This position is part of a team with a diverse skill set, responsible for improving, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and consulting on UIT-supported software applications and systems, as well as integrating and developing new and existing software, databases, and reporting solutions in web and/or desktop contexts. Nursing: Pre-licensure, Adjunct Faculty, Clinical-FW, Indy, Muncie The Division of Pre-licensure Nursing Program based on the Marion, Indiana campus is looking for Adjunct Clinical Faculty across central Indiana. Clinical Faculty supervise groups of nursing students in clinical facilities and provide a good learning experience. Clinical groups usually meet one time each week for five to twelve weeks depending on course. Times and locations needed will vary each semester according to clinical schedule.
Corporate Representative Administrative, Full-Time Cincinnati
The Corporate Representative's (CR) role in the Adult Enrollment Services (AES) department is to serve as its outside recruiter of working adults into IWU's business, nursing, education, and helping profession programs from targeted organizations in and around the Cincinnati area. As IWU's representative the CR works with influencers within organizations to inform their associates of the 100+ programs IWU provides. NOTE: Office space provided in Cincinnati, OH. Art + Design Facility Assistant Manager (Part-Time) Hourly, Part-Time Marion
The Assistant will conduct inspections related to safety regulations, participate in building walkthroughs and provide information regarding any issues in the Art+Design Facilities, assist with record keeping and data processing necessary for safety regulations and divisional purposes, will assist students in our Mac Lab, and will monitor and service some equipment throughout the Art+Design Division.

The Enrollment Counselor has primary responsibility to recruit, and enroll students and to assist with initial retention of students for assigned degree programs or certifications. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent specific knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. Working in consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment, this person assists in developing and modifying plans to recruit, enroll, and retain students for these programs. NOTE: This position can be either onsite in any of our Ohio Education Centers (Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati) or fully remote.
Admissions Counselor Administrative, Full-Time Marion
The admission counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students (470 applicants on average), typically organized around geographic territories, in order to identify, recruit, admit, onboard, matriculate, and transition prospective students successfully into the University programs and community. This goal is accomplished through strong case management, extensive communication and engagement with students and their communities, travel and outreach, and hosting visitors on campus.

Serve as receptionist and hostess for the Admissions Office, creating an inviting, comfortable environment for guests. This position provides the first impressions of Indiana Wesleyan University, both in-person and by telephone. Greet prospective students, parents, and guests of the University and direct them to the appropriate party. Manage back-end processes for campus guests, including moving daily visits to a final status in the CRM. The Division of Graduate Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applicants for an Assistant or Associate professor of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). Applicants should have an earned doctorate from a CACREP-approved program. Candidates should have appropriate licensure and credentials in the clinical mental health counseling profession and be eligible for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC,LPCC). Demonstration of professional identity with the counseling profession is required. Successful candidates will show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, comfort with the Wesleyan theological perspective, and be committed to the integration of Christian faith in teaching and practice. The Division of Graduate Counseling offers programs in Addictions Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling (MFT), School Counseling (SC), and Student Development Administration (SDA). The CMHC, MFT, and SC programs are currently accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). In addition, the MFT/C program is accredited by the Council of Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education. Start date will be July 2021 pending funding.
