Reporting to the Vice President for Student Development and Athletics, the Director of Athletics’ primary responsibilities are to direct, support and supervise a comprehensive NAIA intercollegiate athletic program representing 24 teams with an appropriate level coaching staff, over 600 student athletes and the Campus Recreation Department which includes 6 club sports with plans for growth for more. The Director of Athletics is ultimately responsible for budgets, strategic planning, fields and facilities, policies, compliance, scholarships, promotion and leadership of the division. The Director of Athletics is part of the Student Development team of leaders representing student life, student involvement, student success services, health and wellness, life-calling and career services and spiritual formation.
Psychology Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN

The Director of the Wildcat Health Clinic is part of the Student Development Leadership Team. This role helps to integrate health and wellness across the student experience and campus. Mechanical Engineering Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Mechanical Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus starting Fall 2027. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The successful candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Candidates should possess expertise in the thermal-fluid areas of mechanical engineering and have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. Strategic Marketing Manager Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Strategic Marketing Manager will lead the IWU Online marketing team (N&G) and oversee all N&G-related marketing projects and requests. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy that supports institutional goals and drives N&G’s visibility, engagement, and enrollment. In addition to ensuring strong project management discipline, including managing timelines, key milestones, and stakeholder communications, the manager serves as the essential conduit between the marketing team and N&G. This position participates in N&G’s Chancellor’s Collective to stay informed of unit developments and align marketing efforts strategically. The Director of Blaizing Academy (Texas) will serve as both the overall content and program leader for IWU's AI-focused training enterprise and the key program delivery leader in the Texas market. This role combines deep understanding of large language models and their practical applications with exceptional training delivery skills to provide strategic leadership for Blaizing Academy while establishing and growing market presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and throughout Texas. The Director will partner with the Executive Director of Enterprises to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across Texas and IWU's broader service areas, while collaborating with the Director of Resource Development to design and deploy relevant, impactful online training programs.
