The Executive Director of Enterprises will serve as the primary sales and marketing leader for Indiana Wesleyan University – National & Global (IWU-N&G) Enterprise Office, driving revenue growth and strategic business relationships across all enterprise initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, overseeing sales processes, B2B relationship development, and marketing strategies for enterprises including the Talent Ladder, Leadership by Design, Blaizing Academy, BoldPath 360 Coaching, and Current & Clay Wellness.
The Executive Director will lead a collaborative team focused on achieving shared revenue and growth goals while supporting individual enterprise directors in refining their sales functions and product delivery. This position requires a strategic mindset with the willingness to engage directly in sales activities and business development efforts. The Executive Director will foster innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to advance the university’s entrepreneurial initiatives.

The Director of Talent Ladder will lead IWU's workforce and B2B-focused credentialing enterprise, driving strategic growth through innovative product development, sales execution, and partnership cultivation. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver contextualized, skill-based training programs that serve both individual learners and corporate clients.
The Director will oversee dual revenue streams: individual training programs aligned with state and federal workforce funding (including Indiana's Next Level Jobs and federal workforce Pell frameworks), and customized B2B training solutions that deliver measurable ROI for business partners. Working closely with the Customer and Partner Success Manager and Director of Resource Development, this position will leverage our new AI-driven LMS to create agile, personalized training solutions that meet market demands while achieving strong enrollment, completion rates, and job placement outcomes. The role requires a strategic leader who can balance academic excellence with business agility to position Talent Ladder as the premier workforce and employee development partner.

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. Support is provided via multiple modalities: face-to-face in office, face-to-face in the field, phone/voicemail, and email. This position is expected to troubleshoot and document fixes for all incidents escalated to this team. IT Support Analysts are the primary escalation point for the student-staffed IT Support Representatives. Specifically, the role manages the recruitment and enrollment caseload of students to identify, recruit, and successfully enroll them in the University's Associate of Science in Automotive Technology program. The goal is accomplished by building relationships with the student and their family, sharing opportunities available to the student at IWU, and encouraging them to take the following steps. This fulltime faculty position within the DeVoe Division of Business in the College of Arts and Sciences carries responsibility for teaching, the development of creative partnerships with non-profit and for-profit organizations and businesses, faculty-student collaborative research, and the advising and mentoring of undergraduate majors on the residential Marion, Indiana campus. The ideal candidate should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning.
The DeVoe Division of Business offers six major programs serving approximately 400 students. With seven full-time faculty members, the division is recognized for its outstanding record of preparing students through internships, co-curricular experiences, on-campus entrepreneurial learning opportunities, and the equipping of students to serve in business-in-mission (BAM) contexts.

The Vice President for Learner Success and Retention will oversee the offices of learner success (advising), workforce engagement (career services and career mobile lab), student engagement (military, spiritual life, student success & engagement), and the administration of the SIP retention-focused grant (data & interventions) for IWU National and Global. The Vice President establishes a climate reflective of the values and practices of Indiana Wesleyan University and develops a high-functioning team approach to collaboratively and innovatively improve the retention and employability of N&G students. Building and maintaining a strong student-oriented culture within National and Global will be central to this position’s work. The VPLS&R will develop and utilize a robust data strategy and infuse Ai and other technological advances to create a model retention program for online students. The VPLS will create a division that thinks creatively and executes with precision and speed for the purpose of creating a climate of belonging and care for all students.
As a member of the Chancellor’s Leadership Council, the VP for Learner Succes and Retention stays abreast of the latest trends facing higher education, online learner retention, and workforce development that directly impact N&G, manages the financial affairs of their assigned offices, and contributes to the strategic planning and execution efforts of the unit. Moreover, the VP will advance National and Global mission by increasing the reach and impact of IWU through developing leading retention programs.
