Life & Career Coach (Part-time) Hourly, Part-Time Marion, IN
The Part-time Life & Career Coach will provide individual and group services within an innovative program that helps students explore their unique life purpose and develop career building skills. This position will integrate all aspects of Indiana Wesleyan University's student population, but will primarily focus on the needs of the Marion residential campus. This role will also participate in projects, programs, and assignments as needed to support the Life Calling & Career department. This position is applicable to the 2022-23 academic year and will be considered for renewal upon review. The schedule for this position is Fall/Spring (early August through early May) with student holidays and breaks observed. Roughly 15 hours per week average, perhaps more during peak times of activity. Two days per week, flexible times, occasional evening and/or weekend for events. Within the leadership oversight of Student Development, our challenge is to be Disciple-Makers, committed to influencing others to become more like Jesus. Program Coordinator - School of Teacher Education Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
The Program Coordinator oversees and manages the daily operations of the School of Teacher Education (STE). The Program Coordinator takes responsibility for planning processes and procedures that assist students and faculty in the accomplishment of program objectives and accreditation outcomes. The individual in this position must be able to work with and communicate effectively and productively with students, staff, faculty, and administrators within the IWU community and with external stakeholders.
Housekeeper (2nd Shift) Full-Time, Hourly Marion, IN
The Housekeepers' primary responsibilities are to assist the Lead Housekeeper with routine cleaning and custodial care for assigned facilities, projects, coverage of special events, manage assigned teams for summer blitz cleaning of facilities, operate light and heavy janitorial equipment, and perform special cleaning projects as assigned. Participate in training and development opportunities as required. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning entrances, lobbies, offices, lounges, classrooms, study rooms, restrooms, stairwells, common residential areas, floor care, shower rooms, dining rooms and auditoriums. NOTE: This position would be 2nd Shift Tuesday - Saturday each week.
Nurse Practitioner Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
The Nurse Practitioner provides a wide range of care including but not limited to acute and preventive health care, women's health, and travel health and consultation to the Marion Indiana Wesleyan University campus including students, faculty, staff, and their dependents. The Nurse Practitioner also works closely with the Center for Student Success (counseling services) to provide mental health support for our student. This position is Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 9-month position (the academic calendar). This position includes tuition benefit.
Software Developer Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
This position is part of a team with a diverse skill set, responsible for improving, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and consulting on UIT-supported software applications and systems, as well as integrating and developing new and existing software, databases, and reporting solutions in web and/or desktop contexts. Some key languages used are C#, UniBasic, T-SQL, HTML/XML/XSLT, CSS, and Javascript (with emphasis on jQuery and KnockoutJS). Individuals are encouraged and guided to specialize and cross-train. Of primary focus are Azure DevOps, ERP, CRM, Document Imaging, and Web applications. Each member of the Software Development Team is expected to be a team player, communicate effectively, complete high-quality work, be productive, focus on assigned work, and adhere to IWU's standard of ethics. This position is accountable to teammates, clients, and IT leadership to fulfill the duties and responsibilities defined.
Online Campus Library Services (OCLS) Assistant 3 (Part-time/Temp) Hourly, Part-Time, Temporary Marion, IN
The Online Campus Library Services (OCLS) Assistant 3 position would be responsible for servicing adult undergraduate and graduate students and faculty of Indiana Wesleyan University with their information requests and referring them to the appropriate reference personnel. In addition, this role would process new student rosters and provide first point of contact between students and OCLS. NOTE: This position is a temporary hire through June 30, 2022.
General Manager of McConn Coffee Administrative, Full-Time Marion, IN
The General Manager of McConn is charged with overseeing all functions and personnel associated with McConn Coffee at IWU, which includes the sales of beverages, pastries, catering, and general merchandise. This position prepares and executes an annual operating budget of nearly $400,000. A key responsibility of the General Manage is to create a welcoming environment in the McConn area that serves as a central gathering point for students, guests, and employees throughout the year. The welcoming environment builds on a culture that promotes community centered around a table and cup of coffee. It is a distinct part of the campus experience that so many have grown to expect from the Marion campus.

The Corporate Representative (CR) role in the Adult Enrollment Services (AES) department is to serve as its outside recruiter of working adults into 100+ degree programs. As IWU's representative the CR works with influencers within organizations to inform their associates of all IWU degree programs and professional development offerings.
Spanish Adjunct Professor Adjunct Faculty Remote
The School of Educational Leadership and Division of Liberal Arts at Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking qualified applicants for part-time, adjunct-level teaching positions. The person appointed to this position will teach undergraduate level Spanish courses. Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a position as Visiting Instructor in History for the 2022-2023 academic year. The successful candidate will have earned an M.A. in history (minimum), have some experience in undergraduate teaching, and will be expected to teach survey courses in World Civilizations, possibly American history, and/or an online contemporary history course. Men & Women's Assistant Tennis Coach (Part-Time) Part-Time Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities for the Assistant Tennis Coach is to assist, support and encourage a successful intercollegiate tennis program representing coaches and student athletes.
