Sports Management Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Division of Health and Human Performance at Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a full-time Sports Management Faculty position. TheDivision of Health and Human Performance is home to two undergraduate majors: Exercise Science and Sports Management, as well as minors in Camp and Recreation Administration, Coaching Education, Health Promotion and Wellness, Military Leadership,and Sports Ministry. The Master's in Athletic Training degree is also housed within HHP. We have 7 full-time faculty members and over 250 student majors. The Masters of Athletic Training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education and the Exercise Science program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Development and Athletics, the Director of Athletics’ primary responsibilities are to direct, support and supervise a comprehensive NAIA intercollegiate athletic program representing 24 teams with an appropriate level coaching staff, over 600 student athletes and the Campus Recreation Department which includes 6 club sports with plans for growth for more. The primary responsibilities of the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach are to direct, support, and supervise a successful intercollegiate women’s flag football program, representing assistant coaches and student-athletes. Registration Change Counselor Hourly (Full Time) Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
Manage all aspects of changes in registration for students in non-residential programs including Communication with students, facilitators, program directors, associate/regional deans, financial aid, and accounting. Analyze each request to clarify the impact the change will have on the student’s financial aid. Counsel the best course of action to minimize negative financial aid ramifications for the student.
