Learning Experience Designer Administrative (Full Time) Remote (within United States)
The Learning eXperience Designer (LXD) shares in the responsibility of designing the whole process of effective learning experiences by applying learning science research and focusing on the learner, as outlined in the LXD Elements for IWU National and Global. They are self-motivated, creative, and thrive in challenging situations where continuous learning and collaboration are an expectation. In this position, technical skills using current software applications and competency in digital learning asset development is expected. The key responsibility for the LXD is to serve in course development teams in the role of Instructional Designer (ID) leading the design and development of a course by collaborating with project stakeholders to align efforts with quality standards, adult learning theory, expected learning outcomes, and required timelines.

The Assistant Director of Career Labs plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing and advancing Indiana Wesleyan University's (IWU) Mobile Career Lab initiative. This role ensures that career coaching and skill-building resources are accessible to individuals across Indiana and nearby regions, empowering participants to thrive in today’s workforce. As the second-in-command for Career Lab operations, the Assistant Director will provide strategic oversight, support outreach growth, and coordinate day-to-day operations. The individual in this position has the primary responsibility to connect with inbound and outbound callers using telephony system to qualify students from a variety of lead-generating sources and avenues as needed. NOTE: This position can work from any of our regional education centers in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio.  In addition, it can function as a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

This full-time Criminal Justice faculty position in the School of Integrated Health (SIH) in the College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) will educate adult learners through teaching in an online modality. The Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer’s primary role is to provide vision, leadership, strategic planning, and oversight for information technology and associated data throughout all functions and locations of Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition, the VP/CIO guides the progressive maturity of technology and data to enable students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community members to be freed from tasks that technology does well and empowered to achieve beyond what would otherwise be possible. This leader guides IWU’s process of applying technology and data analysis to enhance student learning, provide efficiencies for IWU operations, and increase data-informed decision-making. This forward-thinking, strategic leader oversees University Information Technology (UIT) while engaging with leaders, faculty, staff, and students in an integrated enterprise approach to workflow, process, data management, technology, and culture. The VP/CIO establishes innovative, agile, and flexible technology tools and services to support learning and discovery; coordinates enterprise-wide change management efforts; oversees the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), and serves as an advisor and strategic partner in implementing IWU’s strategic plans related to technology & data. Through partnerships and alignment with the President’s Cabinet, the VP/CIO leverages technology & data to build business value and engage intentionally through strategic initiatives that differentiate IWU as a leader in Christian higher education. Critical to this role is the identification & leadership of innovative & emerging technology solutions implemented across the institution. Reporting to the Learning Technology Manager in the Future Learning Lab (FLL), the Learning Technology Specialist (LTS) is the primary contact for the on-going maintenance and support of courses in Brightspace, IWU-N&G’s learning management system (LMS). This role collaborates closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team to ensure that courses meet established quality standards and to address any technical challenges that may arise from integrating third-party tools. The LTS also supports the various FLL initiatives and projects. Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation is responsible for overseeing IWU Athletic facilities and equipment, located within these facilities, serving as a liaison to the IWU Facilities department. The Associate AD will direct all student and community recreational activities, including, but not limited to, open recreation, intramurals, athletic department-sponsored club sports, and aquatics programming, as well as supervise and disciple approximately 70 student workers. Additionally, they will provide leadership to the IWU Athletic Department through sport supervision and coverage of 4-5 sports and by serving on IWU Athletics Executive Operations Council.

The Education Development Partnership Executive represents N&G’s education bachelor's and master's programs and initiatives to Texas independent school districts and individuals. The focus is to develop and sell the transition to teaching, degree completion, and advanced education degree enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to the education vertical with the expectation of extensive travel, in person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. IT Business Analyst Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN, Hybrid (3-4 Office / 1-2 Remote)
The Business Analyst assists the Project Management Office in the charting, scoping, tracking, and execution of projects and requests. The Business Analyst provides consistent, high quality data analysis, troubleshooting, research and issue resolution, and leads both external and internal client projects. This position seeks to address client needs by engaging the appropriate IT resources to provide and implement solutions that align to their goals and objectives needs. The Assistant Director of Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer is responsible for providing support for the Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer initiative of the Strengthening Ministry with Children Coordination Program. This support includes administrative work, networking with 150 non-profit organizations, and some travel. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of the Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer initiative in order to accomplish these duties. The Design and Production Manager is responsible for creating both digital and print visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the Imaginarium. This person will work closely with the Program Directors to create communication strategies for various initiatives. The Design and Production Manager will provide oversight to resource development, production and sales, and will play point on podcasts, social media presence, and video content. This person will also play a key role in supporting and highlighting the work of 300 grantees in the Strengthening Ministry with Children Coordination Program.
