The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors. Assistant Director of Student Account Services Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Assistant Director of Student Account Services will manage and support the student account staff and all operational activities in IWU-Marion and IWU-Seminary and will oversee the life cycle of the student payment to collection process. The position will manage the University loan program, which includes overseeing the IWU loan program, Ministerial Loan program, Federal Perkins Loan, and the Nurse Faculty loan program.
Head Women’s Flag Football Coach Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities of the Head Women’s Flag Football Coach are to direct, support, and supervise a successful intercollegiate women’s flag football program, representing assistant coaches and student-athletes. Registration Change Counselor Hourly (Full Time) Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
Manage all aspects of changes in registration for students in non-residential programs including Communication with students, facilitators, program directors, associate/regional deans, financial aid, and accounting. Analyze each request to clarify the impact the change will have on the student’s financial aid. Counsel the best course of action to minimize negative financial aid ramifications for the student.
Director of the Wildcat Health Clinic Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Director of the Wildcat Health Clinic is part of the Student Development Leadership Team. This role helps to integrate health and wellness across the student experience and campus. The role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day health care of students, employees, and their dependents. Also, this position oversees the Wildcat Health Clinic team and operations.
Partnership Executive- Business, Technology, & Leadership Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN, Remote (within United States)
The position represents N&G’s programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing business enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to the business vertical with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist are: Perform/supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler and chillers systems and other HVAC equipment as required; Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance; Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boiler and chiller systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions; Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory; Collaborate/train with other team members to coordinate and prioritize service requests; and Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

The Senior Designer is responsible for designing all marketing projects for IWU Online (N&G) and ensuring visual consistency with IWU’s brand and style guide. This role translates marketing objectives into creative strategies, concepts, and designs while providing conceptualized design elements and services in a variety of media forms for use in IWU marketing. The Senior Designer aligns creative direction with identified personas, regional market nuances, and current trends in graphic design. Mechanical Engineering Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Mechanical Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus starting Fall 2027. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The successful candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Candidates should possess expertise in the thermal-fluid areas of mechanical engineering and have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. Strategic Marketing Manager Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Strategic Marketing Manager will lead the IWU Online marketing team (N&G) and oversee all N&G-related marketing projects and requests. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy that supports institutional goals and drives N&G’s visibility, engagement, and enrollment. In addition to ensuring strong project management discipline, including managing timelines, key milestones, and stakeholder communications, the manager serves as the essential conduit between the marketing team and N&G. This position participates in N&G’s Chancellor’s Collective to stay informed of unit developments and align marketing efforts strategically. The position reports to the Executive Director of Brand and Creative and maintains a structured meeting cadence with both the N&G Chancellor and the Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Partnerships.

A hybrid/blended course includes a two-day onsite delivery at the Merrillville, IN education center and multi-week online components. Other courses are delivered fully online. We are seeking terminally qualified faculty with at least 18 credit hours of study in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related course work and relevant industry experience.
