Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking to hire an Athletic Trainer. Primary responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 24 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 650 student athletes. The Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 31st or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later.
Electrical Systems Technician Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The primary responsibilities of the Electrical Technician are to assist the Lead Electrical Technician with coordinating and organizing daily to monthly work schedules. This position would assist to ensure the provision of uninterrupted, quality electrical service and maintenance to the Marion Campus. Provide and exhibit sound stewardship practices as pertaining to budgets within the Mechanical Systems Division. Lastly this position would monitor and maintain inventories of components and other associated supplies as required for Electrical systems operations.

The Dean of the Faculty serves as the chief academic and faculty leader of Wesley Seminary, providing vision, leadership, and oversight for academic quality, faculty development, curriculum, and program innovation. The Dean partners closely with the EVP, the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), and the Director of Academic Services to ensure that the Seminary’s academic programs are missionally grounded, academically rigorous, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the global Church and Christian community, with special emphasis on the Wesleyan denomination and the broader Wesleyan-Arminian tradition. This role is primarily academic and strategic, with a focus on people, programs, and educational excellence. The Dean shares responsibility for academic innovation, institutional representation, and academic partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally to support the Seminary’s broader mission and strategic priorities.

Athletics Development Officer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Athletics Development Officer serves as a front-line fundraiser in support of the priorities of Indiana Wesleyan University Athletics and Advancement departments. The position is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual and individual gift donors through relationships with alumni, parents, and friends. The Athletics Development Officer will also assist with staffing donor hospitality and other alumni engagement functions around athletics events, as well as serve as the individual sport liaison with coaches and volunteers to develop strategies to advance their philanthropic support.

This position represents our nontraditional (adult) programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to a vertical (e.g., healthcare, corporate, community colleges, etc.) and region with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Sports Management Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Division of Health and Human Performance at Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a full-time Sports Management Faculty position. TheDivision of Health and Human Performance is home to two undergraduate majors: Exercise Science and Sports Management, as well as minors in Camp and Recreation Administration, Coaching Education, Health Promotion and Wellness, Military Leadership,and Sports Ministry. The Master's in Athletic Training degree is also housed within HHP. We have 7 full-time faculty members and over 250 student majors. The Masters of Athletic Training program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education and the Exercise Science program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. Position to begin July 2026, pending funding.

The position is assigned to the business vertical with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Further, the position coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders, with the intent to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines. *Remote position but we prefer a candidate in the Indianapolis metro area.
Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
