Job Title: Psychology, Statistics, Research Methods Adjunct Faculty - Online

Summary of Position:    Adjunct Faculty to teach Statistics and Research Methods in the psychology program. Position is open for those with graduate degrees in psychology with a background in statistics


Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

  • Required: Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology from a regionally accredited institution
  • Preferred: Doctoral degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology from a regionally accredited institution

Experience

  • Work Experience: Involvement in quantitative research and statistical analysis
  • Higher Education Experience: Teaching experience in an online environment

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools
  • Demonstrated teaching abilities
  • Demonstrated higher education experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
  • Demonstrated a commitment to building and cultivating diversity through leadership, teaching and/or service
