    The Content Strategist plays a key role in communicating Indiana Wesleyan University’s brand identity through high-quality, timely content. This position supports external brand awareness, strengthens internal morale, and advances student enrollment by creating audience-centered messaging and stories. Blending content strategy, marketing copywriting, article writing, and editing, the Content Strategist helps shape IWU’s voice across multiple platforms. This role produces compelling articles and story-driven content, and also writes persuasive copy that supports recruitment and institutional priorities across email journeys, digital campaigns, web and landing pages, and other enrollment-focused communications. The Content Strategist reviews and edits assigned content to support clarity, accuracy, and style consistency. The strategist develops strategic content and fosters relationships to amplify IWU’s brand, mission, and enrollment goals. This role supports the Marketing Department’s Communications Team by executing communication plans and helping maintain a consistent voice across all mediums.

    The School of Theology and Ministry on the residential campus of Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time visiting faculty position in Practical Theology, to commence in July 2026. The employment contract is for one year with possibility of renewal through December 2028. Ideal candidates will show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with Wesleyan doctrine, and a commitment to liberal learning as well as a fully integrated life of faith and work, embracing God’s purpose individually and collaboratively.     This position manages the recruiting and enrollment in the vocational apprenticeship program in automotive technology with IWU, a collaboration with visionary automotive dealerships across Indiana that commit to supporting this program. Specifically, the role manages the recruitment and enrollment caseload of students to identify, recruit, and successfully enroll them in the University's Associate of Science in Automotive Technology program. The goal is accomplished by building relationships with the student and their family, sharing opportunities available to the student at IWU, and encouraging them to take the following steps. Engagement varies by season, but typically includes travel.

    The Director of Accreditation & Assessment is a leadership role within the School of Integrated Learning & Development (SILD), providing strategic oversight of accreditation, assessment for the School and the Educator Preparation Provider (EPP). This role ensures compliance with national accreditation standards, state regulations, & specialized professional association requirements. Working collaboratively with faculty & leadership, the Director designs and manages assessment protocols and quality assurance systems that demonstrate candidate impact, supports data-driven decision-making, and strengthen program effectiveness. The Director oversees the technical collection, management, analysis, and visualization of programmatic data, utilizing institutional data systems and analytic tools. This includes translating complex data sets into clear dashboards, summaries, and reports that inform faculty action. The Director supervises institutional reporting to accrediting bodies and government agencies and guides faculty through accreditation-related tasks such as program reviews, action plans, timelines, and evidence development. The role also supervises the School Effectiveness Analyst and student workers, and serves on the Education Coordinating Council to support cohesive EPP initiatives. In alignment with SILD’s commitment to innovation, agility, and purpose-driven education, the Director intentionally leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance assessment and accreditation work. Including using AI tools to analyze large data sets, identify trends, draft preliminary reports, and create internal workflow supports (e.g., bots or assistants) that increase efficiency while maintaining human oversight, ethical use, and academic integrity. This multifaceted leadership role requires expertise in accreditation and assessment, strong relational and communication skills, and the ability to lead systems-level improvement in a complex higher-education environment.
