The Enrollment Counselor has primary responsibility for enrolling students and supporting their initial retention for assigned degree programs and certifications. Serving as the primary representative of Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) to prospective students, this individual must possess in-depth knowledge of the programs offered and a strong understanding of the target audiences for whom these programs are designed. Working closely with the Director of Enrollment, the Enrollment Counselor helps develop, implement, and refine strategies to recruit, enroll, and retain students, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the discovery, admissions, and onboarding process. The Enrollment Counselor guides prospective students in exploring their educational options and supports them in making informed decisions aligned with their goals and learning styles.
