The Web Content Analyst works with the Marketing & Communications team and is responsible for maintaining all content on marketing websites. The person in this role will interface with clients and assist in development of marketing content and content templates to be used on our marketing websites. The admission counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students (470 applicants on average), typically organized around geographic territories, in order to identify, recruit, admit, onboard, matriculate, and transition prospective students successfully into the University programs and community. This goal is accomplished through strong case management, extensive communication and engagement with students and their communities, travel and outreach, and hosting visitors on campus.

As IWU’s representative the CR works with influencers within organizations to inform their associates of all IWU degree programs and professional development offerings. The Regional Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Indiana Wesleyan University regional education and conference centers. Enrollment Counselor Administrative, Full-Time Remote
The Enrollment Counselor has primary responsibility to recruit, and enroll students and to assist with initial retention of students for assigned degree programs or certifications. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent specific knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. Working in consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment, this person assists in developing and modifying plans to recruit, enroll, and retain students for these programs.

The Director of Graduate Theological Programs in Spanish for Wesley Seminary will oversee the conceptualization and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the Seminary's education of Latino/Latina leaders. He/she will assist in the development, contextualization, and assessment of Spanish-language curriculum and recruitment of faculty for Spanish-language instruction. He/she will build "educational bridges" and support services to help Latino/Latina students succeed. The Division of Mathematics and Computer Information Sciences offers majors in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Mathematics-Interdisciplinary, and Mathematics Education, minors in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, and Statistics, and also teaches pre-engineering and general education courses. The Division is pursuing starting a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree with five concentrations in civil, mechanical, electrical, computer, and design engineering as well as a Data Science degree.
