Human Services Life Coaching Adjunct Faculty - Kokomo, IN Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Kokomo, IN
The adjunct faculty position in human services or a related field in the School of Service and Leadership (SSL) will educate adult learners through teaching in an online modality the foundations of life coaching. Responsibilities include teaching courses in the life coaching specialization in the BS in Human Services and in the life coaching academic certificate programs. The Life Coaching curriculum is offered in a hybrid modality. Each of the courses is five weeks long and was developed so that much of the coursework is completed online, but with a 2.5 hour a week commitment to a synchronous, weekly training in life coaching. Adjuncts in Life Coaching will be required to facilitate the weekly synchronous meetings and to maintain an engaging online presence. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring coaches-in-training, facilitating with ongoing curriculum development and improvement, presenting seminars in life coaching, leading group life coaching courses, attending adjunct meetings online, and serving within the School of Service and Leadership as needed. Successful candidates must be committed to a Christ-centered approach to education and in agreement with the Wesleyan theological perspective.
Technical Director - Developer and Integration Specialist Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
This position is part of a team with diverse skill sets, responsible for improving, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and consulting on UIT-supported software applications and systems, as well as integrating and developing new and existing software, databases, and reporting solutions in web and/or desktop contexts. Art + Design Facility Assistant Manager Hourly (Part Time) Marion, IN

The individual in this position has the primary responsibility to recruit and enroll students of the military community to Indiana Wesleyan University’s robust offerings of degree programs and certifications. This individual will be the face of IWU at military installations.
