The Assistant Esports Coach – Mario Kart position will oversee the IWU Mario Kart program by attending all practices, matches, and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters, and working individually with student-athletes to ensure progress and growth. The Assistant Esports Coach – Mario Kart will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor the academic progress of the members of the Mario Kart team. This position is focused on transfer students but also provides support to incoming freshmen as well. This position supports the Registrar’s Office by evaluating transfer credits and ensuring that course equivalencies are accurately maintained.
