The individual in this position has the primary responsibility to connect with inbound and outbound callers using telephony system to qualify students from a variety of lead-generating sources and avenues as needed. By using telephony and other communication mediums, this position answers questions, directs callers to appropriate departments, and qualifies potential students for the initial connection to enrollment counselors. NOTE: This position can work from any of our regional education centers in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio.  In addition, it can function as a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Program Operations Coordinator Hourly (Full Time) Hybrid (3-4 Office / 1-2 Remote)
The Program Operations Coordinator in the School of Integrated Learning & Development (SILD) is a vital force behind the success of our Educational Doctorate (EdD) programs. From guiding students through admissions to tracking their dissertation milestones and celebrating their program completion, this role keeps the program running smoothly. As the go-to connector for students, faculty, chairs, and committee members, this position will orchestrate key processes, manage important data systems, and create a seamless experience that empowers future leaders in education. The role also calls for substantive interaction with program faculty, especially the program chair. The Coordinator provides primary assistance to the EDD program, and secondary assistance to administrative staff and full-time faculty of the school as needed.
Graduate Assistant for Softball (Part-Time) Hourly (Part Time) Marion, IN
A graduate works under a head coach to support a college level softball team. The candidate must provide instruction to student-athletes by showing techniques and working to improve performance during practice and games, provide feedback on individual workouts and group practice, assist in recruiting new team members and retaining current players. He/she will be responsible for recording video footage, assessing plays, overseeing team travel, preparing for games, identifying skills and weaknesses, and fulfilling other duties as needed.
Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation is responsible for overseeing IWU Athletic facilities and equipment, located within these facilities, serving as a liaison to the IWU Facilities department. The Associate AD will direct all student and community recreational activities, including, but not limited to, open recreation, intramurals, athletic department-sponsored club sports, and aquatics programming, as well as supervise and disciple approximately 70 student workers. Additionally, they will provide leadership to the IWU Athletic Department through sport supervision and coverage of 4-5 sports and by serving on IWU Athletics Executive Operations Council.
