The Director of Student Success Data Application will build and deploy a system of ongoing review of student success data for use among advisors and faculty for targeted students through the Student Success Center. Using best practices from research, they will incorporate intervention strategies toward student success for targeted students, particularly students at-risk of stopping out based on the data. This role is a grant-funded position through September 30, 2028.
Endowed Chair of Computer Science Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for the Clapp Endowed Chair of Computer Science on the Marion, Indiana campus. This position is a full-time faculty position, supported by an endowment. The Clapp chair is allowed a reduced teaching load to allow time for research and other scholarly activities, including summer activities. Additional funding is available for these scholarly endeavors, as well as professional travel and program development. Ideal candidates would provide evidence of experience that equates to the rank of Full Professor. However, other applicants may be considered based on education and significant professional accomplishments in the technology industry. The Chair will have broad opportunity to define this new position and apply its resources to strengthen the Computer Science Department and his or her own professional growth. Director of International Faculty Initiatives Administrative (Full Time) Remote
This role oversees the faculty coordination activities for all F1 International student undergraduate and graduate programs and courses, scheduling assigned instructors to courses, faculty training and norming, and faculty performance. This position also assists with assessment and provides input on curriculum improvements to ensure a positive F1 student experience and learning outcome achievement.
Executive Director of Financial Aid Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Under the leadership of the Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO), the Executive Director of Financial Aid will oversee the day to day operations of all Financial Aid activities. The Executive Director will ensure key Financial Aid reporting obligations are met in a timely fashion, coordinate training and ensure a compliance culture at IWU. The Executive Director will ensure an effective and efficient organizational structure that serves the different student populations well. The Executive Director of Financial Aid will stay up to date on all Federal and State regulations and communicate changes to the university community to create a culture of compliance. The Coordinator of Curriculum Development will work daily to support and assist the School of Integrated Learning and Development (SILD) administration and faculty and the College of Adult and Professional (CAPS) Studies. The coordinator will support the CAPS curriculum team to include editing and proofing curriculum revision projects in master courses and live course sections as needed. The coordinator will collaborate with and assist in processing and resolving real-time student and faculty curriculum-related issues in live courses. The coordinator will assist other CAPS departments as needed to support daily curriculum operations. This position can be held at any of the IWU education centers or campuses.

Expertise is preferred in water resource engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, or other relevant specialties complementing the program’s existing strength in structural engineering. This work will happen in partnership with academic programs and as new business ventures that serve groups online and throughout IWU’s regional presence. This is a unique role that takes creativity and perseverance, with the opportunity to build new and dynamic initiatives in higher education. This role will take existing ideas that have been scoped around the delivery of coaching to businesses and individuals inside and outside of IWU and focus on delivering results with excellence. This will include cultivating partnerships, recruit a network of coaches, creating business models, and expanding the reach of each initiative. The successful candidate will be excited by the chance to implement new ideas with excellence, adapt to new information and change directions when needed, and focus on delivering tangible, sustainable results. Current coaching initiatives and areas include leadership coaching, health coaching, and life coaching services. This area's leader will be ready to combine the best of coaching practices with a vision for integration of best practices within these distinct contexts. The Director of Assessment and Evaluation is the primary coordinating officer for data and analysis related to National Global (N&G). Responsibilities include broad data analysis (e.g. retention, predictive analytics & enrollment analysis) and reporting on academic improvement efforts, as well as providing evidence of student learning. The Director provides visionary leadership to ensure the proper resourcing of activities and documentation of systems that support effective student learning. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. Support is provided via multiple modalities: face-to-face in office, face-to-face in the field, phone/voicemail, and email. This position is expected to troubleshoot and document fixes for all incidents escalated to this team. IT Support Analysts are the primary escalation point for the student-staffed IT Support Representatives. Analysts are expected to aid in the development of standard operating procedures to empower the IT Support Representatives to resolve issues on first contact.
