Job Title: Project Manager
Reporting Relationship: Executive Director of Enrollment Technology

Summary of Position: The Project Manager is responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and administering project management strategies for N&G administrative technology efforts. The position will identify project requirements, design project plans, utilize technology to develop and administer these plans, conduct regular testing to optimize performance, and evaluate these collective efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Team & Culture

Holds to a strong culture of accountability that ensures optimal performance for the project management systems and customer service efforts
Establishes a posture of learning for high performance and results
Project Management & Communication
Collaborates with the Executive Director to develop project plans, timelines, and communication outputs (e.g., reports, updates, etc.) with project management tools. Uses a variety of project management models and best practices to further develop project plans, timelines, and keep stakeholders up to date on development or changes
Uses embedded and other AI tools to test and validate project plans, technical design, and flow
Project Execution
Exercises a bias toward execution
Keeps record of project outcomes, impacts, and shortfalls
Ensures transparency of delays, barriers, and missed opportunities to carry forward into evaluation
Evaluation
Collaborates with organizational leadership to identify key performance indicators and metrics for project management strategies
Ensures the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to support this evaluation
Performs high-level reviews of prior projects in a transparent space to cultivate input to further enhance the project management process better
Other responsibilities as assigned

Education
Bachelor’s degree minimum
Master’s degree preferred
Project management experience required
Project management certification a plus
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Technical skills in project management tools
Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
Ability to manage business requirements, solution design and configuration, and testing
Personal discipline to successfully manage multiple, complex, concurrent projects
Able to meet deadlines with competing demands and responsibilities in a demanding work environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Ability to adjust to changing priorities
Ability to prioritize work and analyze interdependencies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems
Demonstrated communication ability with senior leaders and external partners/clients
Positive, team-focused, and customer-service mindset
