Summary of Position: We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project & Administrative Manager who can seamlessly manage office operations while driving key projects to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Ron Blue Institute, while also supporting the execution of our programs and initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task lists, and status reports
- Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for projects and programs
- Program Planning:
- Support the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and seminars, including venue booking, participant registration, and material preparation
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with correspondence
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, acting as the first point of contact for the department
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed
- Participate in team meetings, providing input and support for ongoing projects and initiatives

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a project management or related role
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Familiarity with project management best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
