| Summary of Position: The Athletic Field and Grounds Specialist supports the campus community by maintaining and preparing athletic fields and surrounding grounds under the direction of the Director of Grounds and Landscaping. Responsibilities include turf care, field setup, irrigation and equipment maintenance, pest control, and project coordination to ensure fields meet collegiate play standards. The role supervises staff and student workers, supports coaches and athletic events, and upholds all safety and licensing requirements. Additional duties include seasonal snow removal and general campus grounds maintenance.
