Summary of Position: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Coaches to join our team as vendor coaches. These coaches will work closely with Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) clients to provide personalized health and wellness guidance, supporting them in achieving their health goals. Ideal candidates must have a strong background in health services and a passion for promoting holistic well-being. At Indiana Wesleyan University, our philosophy of health coaching is centered around the belief that true wellness is achieved through a comprehensive approach that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual health. Our Health Hub in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is designed to be a warm, inviting, and holistic environment that fosters learning, curiosity, and effective health coaching. We aim to create a space that promotes well-being and facilitates transformative experiences for our clients, whether they seek support in managing chronic conditions, enhancing their overall wellness, or finding balance in their lives. Health Coaches will play a pivotal role in delivering this vision by offering services that align with IWU's commitment to holistic education and community care. This role is more than just guiding clients; it’s about empowering individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives through personalized, integrative health strategies.
