    Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for an adjunct Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus. This adjunct faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have a calling for teaching undergraduate engineering courses such as Solid Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Urban Hydrology, Structural Steel Design, Geomatics Engineering, Computer Aided Design with AutoCAD, Engineering Economy, and Machine Component Design. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. The Division of Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Sciences offers studies in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Mathematics Education, and Statistics and serves approximately 120 students in these academic areas.     The Brand & Marketing Operations Manager performs a vital role in the brand, marketing, and communications team at IWU. This role will have overall responsibility of the marketing needs of IWU Marion Campus, National & Global, and/or Wesley Seminary operational units. This role will ensure the university brand is represented with a clear, consistent, and effective messaging and design, which ultimately drives IWU enrollment, fund-raising, and student and alumni engagements. They will also serve as an intermediary between clients and the creative and marketing technology departments, providing guidance that ensures client needs are met, and brand standards are upheld. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional creative and technology team members, university constituents, and external agencies and vendors in order to achieve brand, marketing, and communications objectives.

This role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure technology solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the institution, the Business Analyst identifies business needs, documents processes, and recommends solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The position requires strong facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering sessions, process mapping workshops, and solution validation activities. The Business Analyst partners closely with the IT teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, resourced, and executed according to established timelines. This role contributes to the PMO's success by maintaining clear communication channels between IT and clients, managing expectations, and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. As a member of the Project Management Office, the Business Analyst participates in establishing departmental goals, strategies, and performance indicators while embodying the university's values and commitment to excellence.

    This position represents our nontraditional (adult) programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to a vertical (e.g., healthcare, corporate, community colleges, etc.) and region with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Further, this role coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders, with the intent to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines.

    The individual in this position has primary responsibility to assist prospective students through the enrollment process, as well as assist with the initial retention of students for assigned degree or certificate programs. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. Working in consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment, this person assists in developing and modifying plans to recruit, enroll, and retain students for these programs.
