The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical and computer support for students and employees of Indiana Wesleyan University. Support is provided via multiple modalities: face-to-face in office, face-to-face in the field, phone/voicemail, and email. This position is expected to troubleshoot and document fixes for all incidents escalated to this team. IT Support Analysts are the primary escalation point for the student-staffed IT Support Representatives. Analysts are expected to aid in the development of standard operating procedures to empower the IT Support Representatives to resolve issues on first contact.

The Coordinator of Financial Aid Systems and Technology position combines Financial Aid Counselor responsibilities with system, technical, and documentation needs of the N&G Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Counselor role serves Indiana Wesleyan University’s National & Global Campus student population by helping them navigate federal, state, and institutional student aid application processes, awarding federal, state, and institutional student financial aid, and communicating financial aid information and concepts to students and colleagues while respecting student privacy and security. The Coordinator of Financial Aid Systems and Technology position combines Financial Aid Counselor responsibilities with system, technical, and documentation needs of the N&G Financial Aid Office. The Financial Aid Counselor role serves Indiana Wesleyan University’s National & Global Campus student population by helping them navigate federal, state, and institutional student aid application processes, awarding federal, state, and institutional student financial aid, and communicating financial aid information and concepts to students and colleagues while respecting student privacy and security. In addition to possessing federal, state, and institutional financial aid administrative knowledge, the Coordinator role serves students and peers in an enhanced technical function. This technical role requires systems knowledge and technical aptitude for working effectively with data and systems that support the overall work of the financial aid office. It involves ongoing maintenance and monitoring of all electronic records transmissions and oversight of all financial aid office data and systems tools and solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed for ongoing system support, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly via various communication channels. The ability to design timely solutions related to accessing information and data relevant to the needs of the financial aid office is highly valued in this position.
