The primary responsibilities of the Senior Boiler/Chiller Specialist are: Perform/supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler and chillers systems and other HVAC equipment as required; Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance; Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boiler and chiller systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions; Perform repairs and replacements of components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and parts inventory; Collaborate/train with other team members to coordinate and prioritize service requests; and Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Senior Designer Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Senior Designer is responsible for designing all marketing projects for IWU Online (N&G) and ensuring visual consistency with IWU’s brand and style guide. This role translates marketing objectives into creative strategies, concepts, and designs while providing conceptualized design elements and services in a variety of media forms for use in IWU marketing. The Senior Designer aligns creative direction with identified personas, regional market nuances, and current trends in graphic design. With a strong understanding of N&G’s goals and student audiences, the Senior Designer approaches every project with a focus on creative impact and strategic alignment.

Mechanical Engineering Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a Mechanical Engineering faculty on the Marion, Indiana campus starting Fall 2027. This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The successful candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Candidates should possess expertise in the thermal-fluid areas of mechanical engineering and have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. The Division of Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Sciences offers studies in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Mathematics Education, and Statistics and serves approximately 120 students in these academic areas. The Director of Student Engagement plays a strategic role within The Center for Academic Thriving and across the residential campus. This role heps to create and implement strategic initiatives that help students thrive in their first year and beyond. The role will be responsible for collaborating with the Dean of Student Thriving to help improve student thriving and enhance retention. In partnership with faculty and student development staff, the Director oversees a comprehensive first-year experience that will facilitate student success, foster a sense of community and increase retention.
