Job Title: Account Representative for Special Programs
Reporting Relationship: Account Coordinator for Special Programs
Unit: National & Global
Department: Student Account Services - IWU National & Global
Campus Location: NGM Building, Marion, IN (This position is 2 days onsite Marion, IN and 3 days remote hybrid schedule.)
Summary of Position: The account representative for special programs will assist the Account Coordinator in all aspects of serving students who have applied to or enrolled in special programs, including processing class starts, reviewing payment reports, and managing account balances.
Duties and Responsibilities
Guide international students through the class start process, providing practical assistance as necessary
Calculate and communicate final balances prior to graduation for students in special programs
Evaluate reports for third-party payments according to established guidelines
Communicate with international students regularly via phone, Salesforce, and Teams
Evaluate account status for students in special programs and implement past due procedures as needed
Serve student needs during residencies either virtually or in-person
Other duties as assigned by Coordinator or other management

Associates degree required or work equivalent
Experience

Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and numbers
Analytical thinking skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills relating effectively with staff, students, and other departments
Computer skills, primarily with Excel and web based programs
