Job Title: Production and Game Day Experience Director

Summary of Position: The Production and Game Day Experience Director oversees athletic event production on the virtual platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage across all sports throughout the year. This role coordinates and delivers timely pre-week coach interviews and post-game athlete interviews while enhancing the overall game day atmosphere through strategic oversight of Catalyst, creating an engaging and fan-centered experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide guidance to club sport coaches regarding scheduling and budget
Assist in monitoring rec during intramural times
Serve as game day administrator during specific events throughout the season
Assist in hiring GA club sport coaches
Recommend price/inventory updates for concessions
Recommend ticket price and levels
Other projects and/or duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, communications, media production, or a related field (master’s preferred)
Experience
Two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience in collegiate athletics, broadcasting, or event production
Proven experience managing live streams, digital content, and broadcast platforms, along with proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and produce coach and student-athlete interviews, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery
Strong background in enhancing fan engagement and game day atmosphere through creative programming and event execution
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with experience supervising staff or students and a commitment to the mission of Indiana Wesleyan University
Required Skills
Live event production, streaming, and broadcast management Video editing and content creation (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Strong storytelling, interviewing, and communication skills Project management with the ability to coordinate multiple events and deadlines Leadership, team supervision, and commitment to the mission of Indiana Wesleyan University
