Duties and Responsibilities

• Guide F1 students through the class start process, providing practical assistance as necessary
• Calculate and communicate annual payment plan renewal for students in special programs 
• Evaluate reports for third-party payments according to established guidelines
• Communicate with international students regularly via phone, email, and Teams
• Evaluate account status for students in special programs and implement past due procedures as needed
• Guide and support students in payment plan management 

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Associates degree required or work equivalent

Experience

• Bookkeeping desired

Required Skills

• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and numbers
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills relating effectively with staff, students, and other departments
• Computer skills, primarily with Excel and web based programs
