Job Title: Entrepreneurship Adjunct

Campus Location: Online/Remote; Greenwood IN; Indy North
Summary of Position: Adjunct faculty for the Division of Business will be responsible to teach either online, or in hybrid format entrepreneurship courses.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Teach assigned courses and provide substantive feedback and mentoring to students
• Facilitate in-person intensive sessions and/or online learning as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues on assessment and provide feedback to improve curriculum and the student experience. - (Essential)
Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
Education
A minimum of a Master’s degree in a business or related field.
Experience
Previous teaching experience as either a professor, or in professional training and development.
5 to 7 years of experience in entrepreneurial education or as an entrepreneur or serving entrepreneurs.
Required Skills
Ability to facilitate online and classroom discussions in engaging and energizing ways.
Ability to provide feedback to students on the ideation process, value proposition creations, and business model planning.
Ability to collaborate as a subject matter expert to assist in curriculum development and revising.
