This position provides administrative and professional support to the Dean of the School of Integrated Learning and Development. This role serves as a point of contact between the Dean and others internally and externally, assisting with a variety of administrative responsibilities, many of which are sensitive and confidential in nature. This position manages administrative functions, serves as an information hub on behalf of the Dean for the School, and maintains a high level of awareness of the dean’s priorities. Discipleship Pastor Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Discipleship Pastor at Indiana Wesleyan University serves to cultivate and deepen a disciple-making culture on campus. They do so in large part by giving oversight to the small group ministry of the Spiritual Formation Office. There are already nearly a thousand students participating in small groups, most of which are student-led. The Discipleship Pastor works with a select team of student leaders to empower, equip, and encourage small group leaders. The work is highly relational yet also requires administrative attentiveness. Small groups and the people who lead them are one of the most effective leadership development and discipleship pathways on IWU Campus. The Discipleship Pastor will strengthen the training and development of this important initiative. The Discipleship Pastor is also a crucial member of the Spiritual Formation Office in all its ministries. Accordingly, they help to shape campus culture, lead in prayer, contribute to chapel and other events, recruit and train student workers, mentor student leaders, and offer support to the Dean of Spiritual Formation on strategic initiatives. They also coordinate important relationships across campus, including with Residence Life and key Faculty partners. Furthermore, the Discipleship Pastor offers confidential pastoral care and spiritual guidance to individual students.

The Project and Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development and implementation of new regional initiatives within IWU-National & Global's Learner Success & Regional Ventures division as well as providing administrative support to the Vice President for the division. This work includes managing and tracking the progress of ventures projects and supporting venture directors in connecting with both internal university resources and external partners. At times, this role will also take ownership of projects and help to move them forward to completion and review. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in higher education and a track record of successfully managing and implementing projects. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners. The primary reporting relationship is to the Vice President for Enterprise Development and Regional Ventures. This position has frequent contact with staff and administrators as well as senior leaders in the university and outside constituencies. This position may work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) out of any National & Global Regional Education Center.

Enrollment Counselor Administrative (Full Time) Remote
The individual in this position has primary responsibility to assist prospective students through the enrollment process, as well as assist with the initial retention of students for assigned degree or certificate programs. As the primary representative of IWU to prospective students seeking to obtain a degree in one of the aforementioned areas, the person filling this position must have excellent knowledge of the degree programs and a superior general understanding of the target audiences for which the programs are designed. Working in consultation with the Associate Director of Enrollment, this person assists in developing and modifying plans to recruit, enroll, and retain students for these programs.
Assistant Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Primary responsibilities of the Assistant Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 22 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 550 student athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 30 or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later.
