Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal enterprise event logistics, strategic outcomes, live-event management, and post-event evaluations. Coordinate closely with Enterprise Learning and the Creative function to align outreach with the offerings being promoted
• Plan and execute Talent Studio's presence at conferences, association meetings, partner events, and hosted experiences, from logistics and materials through follow-up. Attend events as a representative of Talent Studio. Build relationships, capture leads, and carry conversations forward
• Own the CRM environment (currently HubSpot, potentially moving to Salesforce): pipeline management, data hygiene, contact records, workflows, and reporting. Run outbound and inbound communication. Build and send email campaigns, manage responses, and keep follow-up in a timely and personal manner
• Conduct and support discovery calls and early sales conversations, handing off warm, qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Partnerships team. Help support social media platforms and online event campaigns. Track and report on pipeline health, event performance, and conversion so the team can see what is working

Education

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in sales operations, events, business development, or a related field

Experience

• Experience coordinating internal and external event logistics, strategic outcomes, live-event management, and post-event evaluations
• Experience serving as organizational representative at conferences, association meetings, partner events, hosted experiences, and in one-on-one sales conversations

Required Skills

• Working proficiency with a CRM platform
• Demonstrated experience managing events end to end
• Comfort with relationship-based B2B selling and a genuine interest in talking with prospective partners
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to set and reset priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with detail-driven projects and events
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to travel to events as needed
