| Summary of Position: This position operates within a team that is responsible for all functions of the pay processing for all hourly, administrative, faculty, student, and/or adjuncts and may include Indiana Wesleyan University subsidiaries. Duties may include accurately processing pay, maintaining time keeping records, entering stipends and changes for the pay, reviewing payroll reports for accuracy, and entering direct deposit and tax information for multiple states and jurisdictions. Because of the wide range of services provided by this team of specialists, selected duties and responsibilities below may be assigned to an individual employee as a primary focus. The expected hire date would be effective June 22, 2026, in connection with an upcoming retirement.
