| Summary of Position: The Vice President of Leadership Development and Ministry Partnerships is responsible for building, activating, and supporting a nationwide network of RBI Ambassadors who will work with churches to implement a vibrant, sustainable Financial Wisdom Ministry. This role blends strategic partnership development, large-scale network building, volunteer leadership development, and program deployment—empowering churches, denominations, and ministry networks to engage their communities with biblically grounded financial wisdom. Leveraging deep experience in partnership cultivation, community-building, and volunteer mobilization, this leader will champion the growth of RBI’s Ambassador network to multiply Financial Wisdom Ministry across the U.S., ensuring Ambassadors have the relationships, resources, and support needed for successful implementation of Financial Wisdom Ministries.
