Duties and Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vouchers for payment, which may include processing web payments, checks and/or ACH transactions
• Research questions on invoices/statements and work with vendors/departments to address any issues 
• Process student refunds
• Manage the purchase order receiving process as well as process any purchase order requests 
• Update vendor files (name and address changes) in compliance with IWU Data Integrity Standards 
• Assist with P Card administration processesl)
• Assist with any document imaging processes 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• Associate degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of AP/Purchasing experience or related field
