Summary of Position: The Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Indiana Wesleyan University regional education and conference centers. Each center strives to partner with the community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. This role is suited for someone who is energetic and highly relational, organizationally gifted, embraces variety in their day, and has a passion to serve. In addition, skills related to managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, property management, tenant relations, customer service, team dynamics, and creating a positive culture will help make the Office Manager successful and feel fulfilled. The Office Manager provides administrative support to regional center leaders and may be involved in assisting with the daily functions of more than one regional center.
