Summary of Position: Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University, a leading seminary in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition and the official seminary of The Wesleyan Church, seeks a passionate and innovative faculty member for a full-time position in Pastoral Care and Counseling to begin July 1, 2025 (pending final budgetary approval). We are looking for someone who resonates deeply with our mission to equip Christian leaders for missional ministry locally and globally. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled individual with both pastoral and clinical counseling expertise and experience, who is passionate about equipping students for ministry that addresses the spiritual, emotional, and psychological needs of individuals and communities. Please prepare a cover letter, a one-page statement summarizing your philosophy of seminary education within the Wesleyan tradition, and a curriculum vitae (including education; clinical, teaching, ministry, and volunteer experience; scholarship and publications; and references).
