This full-time permanent faculty position will join the growing Engineering department educating students pursuing a BSE (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) degree with a specialization in mechanical, computer, civil, design, or electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will combine engaging teaching with scholarly endeavors, preferably involving undergraduate research and/or industry engagement. Expertise is preferred in the thermal-fluid science areas of mechanical engineering. Candidates should have the ability to teach courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, design of thermal systems, engineering materials, and senior design. Applicants should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. The Division of Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Sciences offers studies in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Mathematics Education, and Statistics and serves approximately 90 students in these academic areas. The Division of The Division of Behavioral Sciences at Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a full-time Social Work Faculty position. This individual would be the Director of Field Education for the BSW and Hybrid MSW programs on the residential Marion, Indiana campus. The Division of Behavioral Sciences is home to three majors: social work, psychology, and pre-art therapy, as well as a minor in sociology. We have 12 full-time faculty members and about 250 student majors. The Bachelor of Social Work program has been accredited by the Council on Social Work Education for more than 25 years, and the Master of Social Work hybrid program was added four years ago. The ideal candidate will combine teaching with scholarly endeavors.
