Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation is responsible for overseeing IWU Athletic facilities and equipment, located within these facilities, serving as a liaison to the IWU Facilities department. The Associate AD will direct all student and community recreational activities, including, but not limited to, open recreation, intramurals, athletic department-sponsored club sports, and aquatics programming, as well as supervise and disciple approximately 70 student workers. Additionally, they will provide leadership to the IWU Athletic Department through sport supervision and coverage of 4-5 sports and by serving on IWU Athletics Executive Operations Council.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. The Data Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our data systems and will serve as an important catalyst in changing the very foundation of how IWU attracts, engages, and retains students through the effective use and governance of data, analytics, and business tools. The Data Engineer will be on the forefront of IWU’s data ecosystem transformation project, enhancing IWU’s capabilities to use information as an asset in our mission to transform lives through education.

The School of Theology and Ministry on the residential campus of Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Multiethnic-Intercultural Ministries. The ideal candidate should show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, full agreement with the Wesleyan-Arminian theology, and commitment to liberal arts learning and the integration of Christian faith and learning. Candidate should fully value women at all levels of leadership in the church and see their teaching as a service to the Church. Start date to commence as soon as January 2026, pending funding.
Recruitment Coordinator Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Coordinator of Recruitment’s primary goal is to increase enrollment in an assigned geographic territory for IWU Marion. This is accomplished by engaging high school students and through establishing relationships with influencers that can be leveraged for recruitment and creating opportunities to engage students in events on campus as well as off campus. The secondary goal is to assist with the growth of Wesleyan student by cultivating relationships with pastors that lead to engagement opportunities on campus and off campus.

The School of Theology and Ministry on the residential campus of Indiana Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Pastoral Counseling and Care.
