The Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation is responsible for overseeing IWU Athletic facilities and equipment, located within these facilities, serving as a liaison to the IWU Facilities department. The Associate AD will direct all student and community recreational activities, including, but not limited to, open recreation, intramurals, athletic department-sponsored club sports, and aquatics programming, as well as supervise and disciple approximately 70 student workers. Additionally, they will provide leadership to the IWU Athletic Department through sport supervision and coverage of 4-5 sports and by serving on IWU Athletics Executive Operations Council.

The secondary goal is to assist with the growth of Wesleyan student by cultivating relationships with pastors that lead to engagement opportunities on campus and off campus.
