Director of Prison Theological Education - Wesley Seminary Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN, Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
The Director provides strategic leadership, execution, and oversight of Wesley Seminary’s prison-based theological education initiatives, including the development and delivery of accredited academic programs, certificates, and publications. This role integrates academic leadership, fundraising, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to build and lead a scalable, high-impact institute. In addition, the Director cultivates partnerships with correctional institutions, chaplains, seminary stakeholders, and clergy, and hosts training events and learning opportunities that advance theological education and leadership capacity within correctional communities.
Patient Accounts & Billing Specialist - The Wellness Center Hourly (Full Time) The Wellness Center
The Patient Accounts & Billing Specialist is responsible for basic billing and A/R follow-up including, but not limited to, checking eligibility and benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, reviewing and generating electronic claims, electronic payment posting, following up on unpaid claims and patient balances, and reconciling with daily reports. Accuracy is a priority in this role.
Health & Wellness Center Manager - The Wellness Center Administrative (Full Time) The Wellness Center
The Health & Wellness Center Manager oversees the integration of all program activities for a high quality Wellness Program. Programming includes managing gymnastics, cheer, fitness, and massage. This individual works directly with the public and is committed to improving individuals health and wellness. In addition, this role offers site management on all center staffing needs, daily operations, training, safety, and security as well as collaborates with university department leadership for center needs.
