The individual in this position has the primary responsibility to connect with inbound and outbound callers using telephony system to qualify students from a variety of lead-generating sources and avenues as needed. By using telephony and other communication mediums, this position answers questions, directs callers to appropriate departments, and qualifies potential students for the initial connection to enrollment counselors.
NOTE: This position can work from any of our regional education centers in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio. In addition, it can function as a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

This full-time Criminal Justice faculty position in the School of Integrated Health (SIH) in the College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) will educate adult learners through teaching in an online modality. The faculty member will serve as an integral part of a team approach to provide the academic experience for the criminal justice program, as well as teach, administrate, and develop curriculum as necessary. Full-time faculty members are also expected to provide university-related service and a commitment to scholarship through active involvement in research. Successful candidates must be committed to a Christ-centered approach to education and comfortable with the Wesleyan theological perspective.

The Community Connections Pastor is responsible for mentoring, educating, and mobilizing students to to actively and meaningfully engage in Grant County in ways that are spiritually formative, while also fostering collaborative and sustainable relationships with community partners.
The Community Connections Pastor will lead out of a personal conviction that:
(1) Community engagement is a vital part of a vibrant and active faith and is integral to the spiritual formation of college students.
(2) Indiana Wesleyan University’s engagement in the community is rooted in its Christian commitment to contribute to the well-being of Grant County.
This position is funded by a Lilly grant through September 30, 2026.

The Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer’s primary role is to provide vision, leadership, strategic planning, and oversight for information technology and associated data throughout all functions and locations of Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition, the VP/CIO guides the progressive maturity of technology and data to enable students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community members to be freed from tasks that technology does well and empowered to achieve beyond what would otherwise be possible. This leader guides IWU’s process of applying technology and data analysis to enhance student learning, provide efficiencies for IWU operations, and increase data-informed decision-making. This forward-thinking, strategic leader oversees University Information Technology (UIT) while engaging with leaders, faculty, staff, and students in an integrated enterprise approach to workflow, process, data management, technology, and culture. The VP/CIO establishes innovative, agile, and flexible technology tools and services to support learning and discovery; coordinates enterprise-wide change management efforts; oversees the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), and serves as an advisor and strategic partner in implementing IWU’s strategic plans related to technology & data. Through partnerships and alignment with the President’s Cabinet, the VP/CIO leverages technology
& data to build business value and engage intentionally through strategic initiatives that differentiate IWU as a leader in Christian higher education.
Critical to this role is the identification & leadership of innovative & emerging technology solutions implemented across the institution. This VP/CIO must have the ability to work collegially in the development of those initiatives. Essential to the role, this leader must be an effective communicator to a broad range of constituencies. This VP/CIO must be able to identify & develop leaders within the IT organization.
