Resident Directors are integral members of the Residence Life team and the Student Development division of Indiana Wesleyan University, providing leadership, oversight, and vision for students within an assigned residential area. The Resident Director position is a full-time, 10 month, live-in professional position that reports directly to an Assistant Director and the Dean of Residence Life. Resident Directors are responsible for creating and fostering a residential community in which all students can experience belonging, support, and challenge. Resident Directors partner in the holistic educational mission of the university by strategically planning for students' personal, spiritual, social, and academic development through a wide range of formational and community activities and programming. Resident Directors provide a high level of student care, mentoring, and intervention that few others on campus can match. This is a special position that has a significant influence on the culture of our campus and on individual students' lived experience. Indiana Wesleyan University School of Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position teaching within our Occupational Therapy Doctorate and Physical Therapy Doctorate Programs. This position is well suited for a candidate who has specific education and research focus in anatomical sciences, including gross anatomy, cadaver dissection and neuroanatomy, and will manage our state-of-the-art cadaver lab.

Assistant or Associate Professor in Graduate Counseling Faculty, Full-Time Indianapolis, IN, Marion, IN
The Division of Graduate Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applicants for an Assistant or Associate professor of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). Applicants should have an earned doctorate from a CACREP-approved program. Candidates should have appropriate licensure and credentials in the clinical mental health counseling profession and be eligible for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC,LPCC). Demonstration of professional identity with the counseling profession is required. Successful candidates will show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, comfort with the Wesleyan theological perspective, and be committed to the integration of Christian faith in teaching and practice. The Division of Graduate Counseling offers programs in Addictions Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling (MFT), School Counseling (SC), and Student Development Administration (SDA). The CMHC, MFT, and SC programs are currently accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). In addition, the MFT/C program is accredited by the Council of Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education. Start date will be July 2022 pending funding.

Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for the Hodson Endowed Faculty in Entrepreneurship and Business. This faculty position, within the Division of Business in the College of Arts and Sciences, carries responsibility for teaching, student advising, providing leadership in the further development of the entrepreneurship program, exploring opportunities to expand entrepreneurship across the curriculum, develop opportunities for students to participate in entrepreneurial activities, and the development of entrepreneurship and organizational entrepreneurship internships for students on the residential Marion, Indiana campus. The Division of Business offers six major programs serving approximately 350 students. With seven full-time faculty members, the division is recognized for its outstanding record of preparing students through internships, co-curricular experiences, integration of the Christian Faith into the various business disciplines, and discipling that leads to growth personally, professionally, and spiritually.
