The Part-time Housekeepers’ primary responsibilities are to assist the Lead Housekeeper with routine cleaning and custodial care for assigned facilities, projects, coverage of special events, manage assigned teams for summer blitz cleaning of facilities, operate light and heavy janitorial equipment, and perform special cleaning projects as assigned. Participate in training and development opportunities as required. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning entrances, lobbies, offices, lounges, classrooms, study rooms, restrooms, stairwells, common residential areas, floor care, shower rooms, dining rooms and auditoriums.

The data analyst acquires and analyzes relevant administrative and educational performance data so as to provide useful and appropriate information for decision makers. He/she leverages software systems to prepare data visualizations and reports that communicate essential information. He/she may also provide training assistance to College of Adult & Professional Studies (CAPS) personnel related software, data analysis, and interpretation. In addition, the successful analyst will recommend appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and communicating valid and reliable information.

The Risk and Legal Associate coordinates numerous university-wide processes, including, but not limited to Off-Campus Travel Management, numerous lines of insurance coverage and associated claims, the Policy Warehouse, Contract Management, and the Compliance Calendar. The Risk and Legal Associate also provides administrative support to the risk management department.
