The faculty support specialist is responsible for the key faculty coordination activities, including scheduling assigned instructors to courses, assisting faculty with resolving problems, and processing adjunct instructor payroll. The faculty support specialist will periodically review instructor’s activity to ensure that expectations set by the schools for instructing the course are met.

The Coordinator of Recruitment’s primary goal is to increase enrollment in an assigned geographic territory for IWU Marion.
