JROTC Flight Academic initiative: The position will ensure the proper supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly high school rising seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Airport.
The individual must be available full-time throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 28 - July 26, 2025). Additionally, the individual must be available for training calls (2-3 hours maximum) prior to the training. It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. The Program Director position will load balance the schedule with a program assistant.

Work with Lead HVAC Technician to carry out daily to monthly work schedules.
Ensure the provision of uninterrupted, quality HVAC maintenance to the Marion Campus.
Provide and exhibit sound stewardship practices as pertaining to budgets within the Mechanical Systems Division.
Monitor and maintain inventories of components and other associated supplies as required for HVAC operations.

The Education Development Partnership Executive-Indiana represents N&G’s education bachelor's and master's programs and initiatives to Indiana school districts and individuals. The focus is to develop and sell the transition to teaching, degree completion, and advanced education degree enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to the education vertical with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Further, the position coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders in the School of Integrated Learning and Development, intending to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines.
