Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

Preferred:

• Ph.D. or other doctorate with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in a discipline related to the Title of Posting.

Required:

• A master’s degree with minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in a discipline related to the Title of Posting.

Experience

Preferred:

• Experience teaching adult learners using a learning management system.
• Higher Education Experience: Minimum of 3 years
• Professional Credentials/License: None required

Required:

• Work Experience: Experience teaching adult learners using a learning management system is preferred.
• Higher Education Experience: Minimum of 5 years
• Professional Credentials/License: None required

Required Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of online educational delivery tools.
• Demonstrated teaching abilities.
• Demonstrated higher education experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learners
• Demonstrated navigation ability with online research.
