Summary of Position: The Coordinator of Rec Sports and Athletic Operations primarily facilitates coaches of club sports and helps facilitate the execution of intramurals throughout the school year. The Coordinator will also assist in athletic operations of home game day events, including, but not limited to regular season, Crossroads League Tournaments, and NAIA Nationals Round events.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide guidance to club sport coaches regarding scheduling and budget
Assist in monitoring rec during intramural times
Serve as game day administrator during specific events throughout the season
Assist in hiring GA club sport coaches
Recommend price/inventory updates for concessions
Recommend ticket price and levels
Other projects and/or duties as assigned by supervisor

Education
Masters degree in sports or leadership
Experience
Commitment to the Lordship of Christ, continually seeking personal growth through the regular practice of spiritual disciplines and creating spiritually rich environments for others to do the same
