Campus Location: This position can be held at any of our regional locations in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio (Merrillville, Fort Wayne, Kokomo, Marion, Greenwood, or Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; Cleveland, Dayton, or Cincinnati, OH).
Summary of Position: Manage all aspects of changes in registration for students in non-residential programs including Communication with students, facilitators, program directors, associate/regional deans, financial aid, and accounting. Analyze each request to clarify the impact the change will have on the student’s financial aid. Counsel the best course of action to minimize negative financial aid ramifications for the student.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the contact person for all changes in registration for students in non-residential programs
Understand the academic requirements for each program and what constitutes degree completion for a student
Understand basic financial aid requirements, academic year criteria, and financial aid ramifications to the requested registration change
Determine the student’s eligibility for a Leave of Absence (LOA) and communicate the LOA process to the student
Maintain communication with program directors and associate/regional deans concerning exceptions and unusual circumstances

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
