      This position represents our nontraditional (adult) programs and initiatives to external organizations and individuals with the aim of developing enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to a vertical (e.g., healthcare, corporate, community colleges, etc.) and region with the expectation of extensive travel, in-person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy in the field - managing their own schedule, prospecting, and partnership pipeline - while reporting directly to the Director of Partnership Pipelines and being held accountable for measurable enrollment and partnership outcomes. Further, this role coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders, with the intent to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines.

      Indiana Wesleyan University’s School of Integrated Health Division of Counseling invites applications for a full-time administrative faculty position with experience in counseling, supervision, and program management. This is full-time appointment which will encompass the coordination of the practicum and internship courses, internship programs and the supervision of the onsite clinics within the Division of Counseling. Students within the Division of Counseling are pursing degrees in BS and MA in Addictions Counseling, the MA in School Counseling, the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, the MA in Community Care, and the MA in Marriage & Family Counseling.
