This technical role requires systems knowledge and technical aptitude for working effectively with data and systems that support the overall work of the financial aid office. It involves ongoing maintenance and monitoring of all electronic records transmissions and oversight of all financial aid office data and systems tools and solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed for ongoing system support, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly via various communication channels. The ability to design timely solutions related to accessing information and data relevant to the needs of the financial aid office is highly valued in this position.
