Vice President Learner Success and Retention Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Vice President for Learner Success and Retention will oversee the offices of learner success (advising), workforce engagement (career services and career mobile lab), student engagement (military, spiritual life, student success & engagement), and the administration of the SIP retention-focused grant (data & interventions) for IWU National and Global. The Vice President establishes a climate reflective of the values and practices of Indiana Wesleyan University and develops a high-functioning team approach to collaboratively and innovatively improve the retention and employability of N&G students. Building and maintaining a strong student-oriented culture within National and Global will be central to this position’s work. The VPLS&R will develop and utilize a robust data strategy and infuse Ai and other technological advances to create a model retention program for online students. The VPLS will create a division that thinks creatively and executes with precision and speed for the purpose of creating a climate of belonging and care for all students. As a member of the Chancellor’s Leadership Council, the VP for Learner Succes and Retention stays abreast of the latest trends facing higher education, online learner retention, and workforce development that directly impact N&G, manages the financial affairs of their assigned offices, and contributes to the strategic planning and execution efforts of the unit. Moreover, the VP will advance National and Global mission by increasing the reach and impact of IWU through developing leading retention programs.
Director of Regional Management Administrative (Full Time) Indianapolis, IN
The Director of Regional Management plays a transformational role in elevating the Education Centers of Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) into premier educational and conferencing destinations. As we undergo a significant technological modernization and space renovation at our Indianapolis North location, this leader will drive the evolution of our facilities while maintaining excellence in our core educational mission. These centers, strategically located throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky within IWU's National & Global unit, serve as vital community hubs where education meets innovation. This position presents an opportunity to shape the future of our facilities, supporting a comprehensive renovation project that will position our centers as sought-after venues for corporate events, community gatherings, and educational programs. The Director will spearhead efforts to maximize revenue through expanded conferencing services while ensuring seamless integration of integrated technology throughout our spaces. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, possessing both the vision to drive business growth and the hands-on skills to ensure flawless execution. Office Manager, Regional Center Hourly (Full Time) Merrillville, IN
The Office Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Indiana Wesleyan University regional education and conference centers. Each center strives to partner with the community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. This role is suited for someone who is energetic and highly relational, organizationally gifted, embraces variety in their day, and has a passion to serve. In addition, skills related to managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, property management, tenant relations, customer service, team dynamics, and creating a positive culture will help make the Office Manager successful and feel fulfilled. The Office Manager provides administrative support to regional center leaders and may be involved in assisting with the daily functions of more than one regional center.
OTA Adjunct Instructors (Greenwood, onsite) Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Greenwood, IN
Adjunct faculty for the Occupational Therapy Assistant program will be responsible to teach onsite adult students at the Greenwood, Indiana location. Adjunct faculty must be minimally licensed as an OTA with a bachelor’s degree or an OT with a master’s degree. Content areas that need filling include: • OTA-110: Foundations of OTI: Balance of Personal Performance and Well-Being and Professional Responsibilities (2 credit hours) o Introduction to occupational performance/occupational deprivation and balance in health and wellness with an emphasis on one’s own personal narrative and self-knowledge in a global and multicultural world from a personal and professional perspective. History of OT coinciding with the church and care of the sick and marginalized. Introduction to the foundations of OT practice. • OTA-240: Functional Anatomy/Kinesiology (4 credit hours) o Identify and apply understanding of skeletal and neuromuscular systems, locating selected bones, bony landmarks, joints, muscle origins/insertions/innervations, and functional applications to occupations and the biomechanics of human motion. Application of ergonomic principles to body mechanics, lifting and prevention education for OT practitioners and other professionals. Competency in selected assessments and clinical therapeutic applications. • OTA-250: Occupational Therapy Theory and Concepts (3 credit hours) o Continuation of introduction to models, theories, frames of reference, and applications in guiding selection of occupations and activities. Exploration of student’s own occupational history including values clarification, cultural and spiritual influences and meanings. Development of critical thinking in performing occupation-based activity analysis, developing goal-directed activities, modifications, grading and adapting, and ensuring safety precautions through the creative arts and therapeutic media towards OT goal directed outcomes.

Ultimate position will oversee the IWU Smash Bros. program by attending all practices, matches and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters and working individually with student-athletes to ensure progress and growth. • The Assistant Esports Coach – Smash Bros. Ultimate will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor academic progress of the members of the Smash Bros. team’s progress. Adjunct Faculty, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence Faculty (Part Time or Adjunct) Merrillville, IN, Remote (within United States)
DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership is seeking Adjunct Faculty with experience teaching graduate courses to international students in both hybrid and online formats. A hybrid/blended course includes a two-day onsite delivery at the Merrillville, IN education center and multi-week online components. Other courses are delivered fully online. We are seeking terminally qualified faculty with at least 18 credit hours of study in Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related course work and relevant industry experience.
