Assistant Softball Coach Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Assistant Softball Coach must be committed to the Lordship of Christ. This not only means having the correct intellectual belief, but it also involves a radical transformation in every area of one’s lifestyle. The Coach must continually seek opportunities to grow and possess strong character traits through the regular practicing of the spiritual disciplines (e.g., prayer, meditation, Bible reading) and develop ministry values that express what God can do in impacting student athletes with whom they interact. The primary role of the Assistant Softball Coach will be to spearhead the recruiting efforts within the IWU Softball program. This individual will need to be relational and desire to connect with and build relationships with high school and club programs in Indiana and the surrounding states. They will also need to be able to develop a recruitment plan aimed at accomplishing our team’s recruiting goals. Additionally, this individual must have a collegiate softball coaching background and the ability to contribute to player development by leading instruction in an area of the game aligned with their expertise. There will be “other duties as assigned” throughout the year. This position involves frequent verbal, written, and email correspondence with students, parents, faculty, and staff. Graduate Assistant for South Hall (Part-time) Administrative (Part Time) Marion, IN
The Graduate Assistantship in South Hall is a 10 month, part-time, live-in position (15hrs per week during the academic year, with a full-time training period in August) that reports directly to a full-time Resident Director. The GA partners to provide administrative leadership, community support, and engagement opportunities for students within a male residential area. This position complements a graduate student’s academic experience as an opportunity to apply theory and research practices learned in the classroom to daily student interactions that include advising, counseling, conflict mediation and to professional practices ranging from programming to assessment processes. Graduate Assistants work collaboratively as vital members of the Residence Life team, serving on departmental committees and participating in ongoing professional development.
Pre-licensure Nursing Faculty Faculty (Full Time) Marion, IN

Ideal candidate will be responsible to manage and teach curricula within the Division of Pre-licensure Nursing. Housekeeper (2nd Shift) Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN

Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking to hire an Athletic Trainer. Primary responsibilities of the Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 24 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 650 student athletes. The Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 31st or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later.

The Athletics Development Officer serves as a front-line fundraiser in support of the priorities of Indiana Wesleyan University Athletics and Advancement departments. The position is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual and individual gift donors through relationships with alumni, parents, and friends. The Athletics Development Officer will also assist with staffing donor hospitality and other alumni engagement functions around athletics events, as well as serve as the individual sport liaison with coaches and volunteers to develop strategies to advance their philanthropic support.

The Division of Health and Human Performance at Indiana Wesleyan University seeks applications for a full-time Sports Management Faculty position. TheDivision of Health and Human Performance is home to two undergraduate majors: Exercise Science and Sports Management, as well as minors in Camp and Recreation Administration, Coaching Education, Health Promotion and Wellness, Military Leadership,and Sports Ministry.
