Summary of Position: This multifaceted role involves coordinating meetings, setting agenda items, tracking the various programs by demonstrating strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will prepare and organize documents and reports while contributing to success of the various departmental functions.
As an essential member of the team, they will assist in planning and organizing virtual events, meetings and conferences. This position requires a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as well as actively participating in collecting and organizing data for reports and presentations. Acting as a liaison between the departments within Devoe School of Business, Technology and Leadership.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and collaborative approach, effectively balancing diverse responsibilities to the overall success and efficiency of the Devoe School of Business, Technology and Leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, set agenda items, and take minutes
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Assist in planning and organizing virtual events, meetings and conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist in collecting and organizing data for reports and presentations
- Act as a liaison between various departments in the Devoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership School
- Collaborate with other staff and faculty to ensure successful outcomes
- Reconcile corporate credit cards for the Dean and Department Chairs
- Other duties as assigned

Education
- College experience required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
- Two-four (2-4) years of experience in office management
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate administrative abilities
- Maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently on tasks and projects
- Excellent organizations skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion
- Demonstrate the management and organizational skills necessary to facilitate the growth and maintenance of the academic programs
