Job Title: BHWET Project Coordinator (Part-time)

Reporting Relationship: Graduate Counseling Operations Manager

Unit: IWU-Marion

Department: Graduate Counseling-IWU-Marion

Campus Location: NGM Building, Marion / Remote (Hybrid)

Summary of Position:    The BHWET Project Coordinator will provide support for the Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) Co-Project Director for Graduate Counseling with 20 hours per week for the HRSA BHWET grant through June 30, 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for Grants and Scholarships
    • Provide administrative support for BHWET grant as project coordinator 
    • Administrative support for the Grant Task Force. 
    • Assists with organization of documentation, and data collection needed to comply with accreditation, grants and scholarships
    • Coordinate BHWET events (both virtual and in-person) 
    • Coordinate communication between the Project Director/Co-Director and Community Partners 
  • Other duties as assigned
