Collaborate with other Lead Technicians through weekly leadership meetings with Director of Mechanical Systems. Monitor and maintain inspection records to meet code requirements for Fire Systems. Collaborate with Director of Mechanical Systems on contractor selection for out-sourced inspection and maintenance agreements and serve as liaison with contractors/vendors. Provide training for individuals within the department to provide fire systems inspections, repair and basic fire systems information.
