Learning Technology Specialist Hourly (Full Time) Remote (within United States), Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
Reporting to the Learning Technology Manager in the Future Learning Lab (FLL), the Learning Technology Specialist (LTS) is the primary contact for the on-going maintenance and support of courses in Brightspace, IWU-N&G’s learning management system (LMS). This role collaborates closely with the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team to ensure that courses meet established quality standards and to address any technical challenges that may arise from integrating third-party tools. The LTS also supports the various FLL initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, providing essential technical support to facilitate seamless learning experiences.
Associate Director of International Student Program & Enrollment Administrative (Full Time) Remote (within United States)
The Associate Director of International Student Program & Enrollment plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective enrollment of international programs within Indiana Wesleyan University’s National & Global (N&G) unit. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of International Student Programs. This supervisory position collaborates with internal stakeholders, faculty, staff, and external partners to promote a welcoming and supportive environment for international students while ensuring alignment with IWU's mission and strategic objectives. Demonstrate leadership by supervising, coaching, and training enrollment counselors to enhance their performance and effectiveness. This position involves managing all aspects of international student services, compliance with SEVIS regulatory requirements, and practices to ensure quality of service, and monitors performance metrics and their effects on enrollment numbers.
AI Learning Specialist Administrative (Full Time) Remote (within United States)
The AI Learning Specialist plays a central role in advancing IWU-N&G's mission to transform online and hybrid education through the exploration and implementation of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technologies. Reporting to the Director of the Future Learning Lab (FLL), the Specialist designs and executes strategies and initiatives that leverage AI to enhance student engagement, retention, and success. This position collaborates with faculty, instructional designers, technologists, and external vendors to create innovative, future-ready learning experiences, while upholding the university’s Christian values and ethical principles.
Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation is responsible for overseeing IWU Athletic facilities and equipment, located within these facilities, serving as a liaison to the IWU Facilities department. The Associate AD will direct all student and community recreational activities, including, but not limited to, open recreation, intramurals, athletic department-sponsored club sports, and aquatics programming, as well as supervise and disciple approximately 70 student workers. Additionally, they will provide leadership to the IWU Athletic Department through sport supervision and coverage of 4-5 sports and by serving on IWU Athletics Executive Operations Council.
Education Development Partnership Executive Administrative (Full Time) Remote (within United States)
The Education Development Partnership Executive represents N&G’s education bachelor's and master's programs and initiatives to Texas independent school districts and individuals. The focus is to develop and sell the transition to teaching, degree completion, and advanced education degree enrollment pipelines. The position is assigned to the education vertical with the expectation of extensive travel, in person engagement, partnership development, and enrollment-related responsibilities. Further, the position coordinates partnership development activities with academic leaders in the School of Integrated Learning and Development, intending to align academic programs and initiatives with enrollment pipelines.
