The Division of Graduate Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University invites applicants for an Assistant or Associate professor of Clinical and Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). Applicants should have an earned doctorate from a CACREP-approved program. Candidates should have appropriate licensure and credentials in the clinical mental health counseling profession and be eligible for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC,LPCC). Demonstration of professional identity with the counseling profession is required. Successful candidates will show evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ, agreement with the Wesleyan theological perspective, and be committed to the integration of Christian faith in teaching and practice. The Division of Graduate Counseling offers programs in Addictions Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling (MFT), School Counseling (SC), and Student Development Administration (SDA). The CMHC, MFT, and SC programs are currently accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). In addition, the MFT/C program is accredited by the Council of Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education. Start date will be Spring 2023.

The position carries with it an expectation for teaching, mentoring, scholarly productivity, and academic service. All candidates must be dedicated to liberal learning and the integration of faith and learning within a Wesleyan Christian perspective. The Criminal Justice Department is housed within the Division of Behavioral Sciences. The Division provides leadership in psychology and sociology for the general education program and services more than 400 majors in addictions counseling, criminal justice, pre-art therapy, psychology, and social work. Position will be open for Fall of 2023.

This faculty position, within the Division of Business in the College of Arts and Sciences, carries responsibility for teaching, student advising, providing leadership in the further development of the entrepreneurship program, exploring opportunities to expand entrepreneurship across the curriculum, develop opportunities for students to participate in entrepreneurial activities, and the development of entrepreneurship and organizational entrepreneurship internships for students on the residential Marion, Indiana campus. The Division of Business offers six major programs serving approximately 350 students. With seven full-time faculty members, the division is recognized for its outstanding record of preparing students through internships, co-curricular experiences, integration of the Christian Faith into the various business disciplines, and discipling that leads to growth personally, professionally, and spiritually.
