Regional Sites Manager Administrative, Full-Time Cincinnati, OH, Dayton, OH, Florence, KY
The Regional Sites Manager (RSM) plays a vital role in the smooth operation and success of the Cincinnati, OH; Dayton, OH; and Florence, KY Education Centers of Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). Cincinnati, Dayton, and Florence are part of the regional education centers located throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky and sit within the National & Global unit of IWU. Each center strives to partner with their community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space, in addition to educational programs for working adults, allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. This role is suited for someone who is highly relational and has a love of problem-solving and innovation. In addition, skills related to supervising personnel, customer service, sales, building management, team building, project management, and negotiation will help make the Regional Sites Manager successful. He/she assumes primary responsibility for property management of the building and staffing for daily campus operations. Supervises regional operational staff. Serves as the conference services manager for Cincinnati, Dayton, and Florence. Assists the Director with projects as needed. This salaried position will have a regular, predictable work schedule determined in collaboration with the Director of Education (Indiana). Hours may vary according to scheduled special events and or the need for staff coverage. Some travel will be required and communicated in advance.

Applicants should have an earned doctorate from a CACREP-approved program. Candidates should have appropriate licensure and credentials in the clinical mental health counseling profession and be eligible for licensure (e.g., LMHC, LPC,LPCC). Demonstration of professional identity with the counseling profession is required.
