The Spiritual Formation Office at Indiana Wesleyan University will provide 9-months of hands-on ministry experience to a college graduate called to vocational, pastoral ministry. The Admissions Counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The Admissions Counselor manages a caseload of students (470 applicants on average), typically organized around geographic territories, in order to identify, recruit, admit, onboard, matriculate, and transition prospective students successfully into the University programs and community. This goal is accomplished through strong case management, extensive communication and engagement with students and their communities, travel and outreach, and hosting visitors on campus.

Indianapolis & Greenwood Education Centers are two of the twelve regional education centers located throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky and sit within the National & Global unit of IWU. Each center strives to partner with their community to meet its educational needs. Providing professional meeting space, in addition to educational programs for working adults, allows IWU to build these partnerships while serving the local community. This role is suited for someone who is highly relational and has a love of problem-solving and innovation. In addition, skills related to supervising personnel, customer service, sales, building management, team building, project management, and negotiation will help make the Regional Sites Manager successful. He/she assumes primary responsibility for property management of the building and staffing for daily campus operations. Supervises regional operational staff. Serves as the conference services manager for Indianapolis & Greenwood. Assists the Director with projects as needed. This salaried position will have a regular, predictable work schedule determined in collaboration with the Director of Regional Ventures & Operations.
