The Director of Co-Curricular Programming is responsible for the direct production, expansion, and strategic execution of campus-wide student programming at Indiana Wesleyan University. This role provides primary leadership for the Student Activities Council (SAC), ensuring the consistent delivery of high-impact, high-frequency programming that enhances campus life.
Through a structured programming model, this position oversees both large-scale signature events and ongoing, rapid-deploy programmatic opportunities, resulting in a visible and consistent student experience across the academic calendar. The Director also leads the execution of New Student Orientation (NSO) as a foundational engagement experience and oversees co-curricular communication and engagement platforms, including Wildcat Life (Modern Campus: Involve), to maximize student participation, awareness, and overall program effectiveness.
