The Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development and implementation of new regional initiatives within IWU-National & Global's Learner Success & Regional Workforce Engagement division as well as providing administrative support to the Vice President for the division. This work includes managing and tracking the progress of ventures projects and supporting venture directors in connecting with both internal university resources and external partners. At times, this role will also take ownership of projects and help to move them forward to completion and review. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation in higher education and a track record of successfully managing and implementing projects. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners. The primary reporting relationship is to the Vice President for Enterprise Development and Regional Ventures. This position may work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) out of any National & Global Regional Education Center.
